At FAA FASHION, we aim to deliver the best quality products. We currently offer exchange only and do not provide returns or refunds.

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be made within 2–3 days of delivery. ( Opening Video Must )

  • Customer Have To Pay The Return Shipping Charges Flat ₹80/-                               

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges are accepted only for:

    • Size issues

    • Damaged or defective products ( Opening Video Must )

    • Wrong item received ( Opening Video Must )

2. No Return / No Refund

  • We do not offer returns.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Exchange Process
